We're looking for a proactive, culture‑shifting leader who can support a positive transformation and provide stability during this new phase. You’ll lead with our core values of compassion, empathy, dignity, and positivity and drive excellence across: Compliance & quality care (CQC standards, KPIs) Improved staff stability and reduced agency dependency Person-centred care for (dementia, nursing, respite, and day care services). The right candidate will have a steady work history, flexibility to travel (management meetings in Scotland, London, Manchester), and a flair for tech—MS Teams proficiency essential.
