What's the Doctor Referral Bonus Scheme?

As one of the UK's leading Doctor's recruitment agencies - we are always looking to expand our network.

Our scheme rewards you for referring Doctors from your network, who are open to new permanent or fixed term career opportunities in the UK.

What’s on Offer?

• £200 referral bonus for non-UK experienced Junior Doctors
• £300 referral bonus for UK experienced Junior Doctors
• £500 referral bonus for non-UK experienced Middle Grade Doctors
• £600 referral bonus for UK experienced Middle Grade Doctors
• £850 referral bonus for non-UK experienced Locum Consultant or Consultant Doctors
• £1000 referral bonus for UK experienced Locum Consultant or Consultant Doctors

How Does It Work?

• Identify a Middle Grade Doctor, Locum Consultant Doctor or Consultant with Specialist Registration in your network who’s interested in working in the UK.
• Get their permission to share their details with us.
• Contact one of our Indigo Team members on 0330 123 9665 or email referral@indigohealthcare.co.uk to refer a Candidate today.
• If your referral is successful, you earn a substantial referral bonus of up to £1000!* (*subject to T&C's below).

*Referral Bonus Terms and Conditions:

• The Referrer must have and be able to prove consent to refer the candidate before submitting details
• The candidate must not already be registered on our database at the point of referral and commence work within six months of the registration date
• Where the same candidate is introduced by more than one person, only the first application received will qualify for a fee
• The referral bonus is payable into the Referrers bank account within 30 days of the Candidate completing their three month successful probationary period as confirmed by the client
• If the referrer operates a UK based Limited Company, bonus payments will be made to the Limited Company and a company invoice is required
• It is the responsibility of the Referrer to make the required tax declarations relevant to the country they reside in
• By submitting a referral, the Referrer is deemed to accept these terms and conditions
• This bonus scheme is not open to employees or past employees of Indigo Healthcare Recruitment
• In the event of a disputed fee, the company’s decision shall be final
• Indigo Healthcare retain the right to change the conditions of or cancel the scheme without written notice
