Position Details:
- Location: Community Paediatric Service, North West UK.
- Permanent, full-time basis.
- No on-call or acute responsibilities attached.
- Opportunities for integrated approach to child health wider Trusts.
Job Summary:
- Experience in all aspects of community paediatrics, including child development, ASD, ADHD, neuro-disability, and more.
- Ability to work independently within a supportive team.
- Opportunities for career progression and personal development through mentoring, appraisal, and job planning.
- Regular team meetings to facilitate service and personal development.
- Opportunity to contribute to shaping future services.
About You:
- Full valid Registration with the General Medical Council.
- Membership of the Royal College of Paediatrics & Child Health (or equivalent).
- Capable to work at Consultant level in Community Child Health.
- Ability to work independently and offer expert clinical assessment and management.
- Proven experience in clinical audit, medical education, and multi-professional training.
- Understanding of NHS management structure and ability to prioritize and organise workload.
- Good written and oral communication skills and experience in working in a multidisciplinary team.
