The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Consultant Surgeon to join a General Surgery team. Your key responsibilities will include:
Delivering general surgical services, including elective procedures and a 1:9 on-call emergency rota.
Providing specialist surgical care.
Ensuring high-quality patient care and contributing to department administration.
Running outpatient clinics for new referrals and follow-up care.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
Consultant-level experience in General Surgery within the NHS.
Full GMC Registration with a licence to practise.
MBBS (or equivalent) and FRCS (or equivalent).
Desirable:
MD, PhD, or equivalent advanced training/experience.
