We are working with a University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust to source a full-time Consultant in Restorative Dentistry.

Who Are We Looking For?

We seek a dedicated professional who meets the following criteria:

Education and Qualifications 

  • Full Registration with United Kingdom General Dental Council GDC
  • On the specialist GDC list in Restorative Dentistry or within 6 months of eligibility for inclusion.
  • Inter-C collegiate Speciality fellowship Exit Examination in Restorative dentistry or equivalent.
  • Possession of certificate of Accreditation or eligibility for a CSST in Restorative Dentistry

Experience and Training

  • Successful completion of SAC approved 5 year training programme in Restorative Dentistry, or within 6 months of completion or equivalent.
  • Current holders of NHS or honorary NHS Consultant contracts in Restorative dentistry are eligible to apply.
  • European or overseas candidates would need to show equivalence to the formal 5 year training pathway in Restorative Dentistry
 

Your Role:

As a Consultant in Restorative Dentistry, you will:

  • Provide expert restorative dental care within the Oral and Maxillofacial Department
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care
  • Engage in academic teaching and research, contributing to the advancement of restorative dentistry
